The name of this piece of art is called The Starry Night. The Starry Night was created by an artist named Vincent Van Gogh. This painting one of is his most famous paintings, and demonstrates his transition from impressionism to expressionism. At the time that Van Gogh painted this night scene, he was institutionalized in France. Some believe that the raging stars unfurling against the night sky parallels the artist's slipping sanity. This painting reminds me of Georges Seurat. Reason being is because in this painting it looks as if it was painted using dots like Seurat did. In my paradigm, this is a creative, nice piece of artwork.

-Why do you think he created this painting?
-Do this artwork look like it is created using dots, or any other technique?
